This luxury modular home is Energy Star rated. The exterior rear view of the home shows a 10' x 18' 4 season room, a walkout bay window to the right of it, and an attached garage. This home was customized with Certainteed insulated siding. The front was finished in custom stone/brick.

A 1540 sq ft ranch modular home and a 24' x 24' attached garage. The home is on a 9' basement with a deck off the back.

This custom built luxury modular home is a cape cod plan with a shed dormer built on. The floorplan was custom drawn by the customer. The home is on a 9' walkout basement.

How fast does the project go? This picture of the 2-story modular home was taken at 2:31pm. You can see the crane boom in the background with the lifting straps as it placed the fourthand last module. Earlier that morning, all you would have seen here was a basement. We later attached a garage to the right end and built a custom front porch.
